Mrs. Megan Benton

Environmental Science

Bio.

Mrs. Benton has 17 years of experience as a science teacher with both Middle Tennessee State University and Coffee County Schools. As a 1993 graduate of CCCHS, Megan attended MTSU for her undergraduate degree in Biology/Chemistry & Environmental Science. She has subsequent Masters and Education Specialist degrees from Bethel and MTSU. Mrs. Benton is married and has 23-year-old twin sons one of which is a mechanical engineer and the other who is pursuing a veterinary medicine degree. When she isn't teaching science Megan can be found traveling, converting school busses into tiny homes, gardening, or working with her milk goats and cows on her homestead farm.
